The hotel offers spacious rooms with amazing views, nicely decorated and super comfortable. However, the property appears aged with major cosmetic defects. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is very convenient, near points of interest and shopping areas, but can get noisy due to balconies conversations. The dining experience is close by and offers American-inspired dishes.

The service was somewhat mixed, lacking apologies for mistakes but displaying courtesy overall. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. Dining options were close by but limited in variety.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were huge, clean, nicely decorated, and super comfortable with amazing views, but they did look a bit outdated, and the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room efficiently. The service was welcoming and responsive, but the issue with constant noise was not properly addressed. The location was good, particularly for beach lovers, even though the presence of a 24-hour Waffle House affected the overall experience. Dining was close by and served homemade organic products, which was a plus. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs, but the hotel offered good value for the money.
